    Quiry Issues in Workers' Comp

    This program will cover some pesky and often uncommon issues that arise in the Workers’ Comp plaintiff’s practice.   The MSA presentation will provide you with a “one stop” resource for all you need to know when the MSA issue crops up in a case.   The “third party claim” presentation will help you spot a good third-party claim in your workers’ comp case that you may have overlooked.   The employment law presentation will give you a reliable overview of the typical employment issues that pop up in a comp case.   You will learn some tips on trying cases where credibility is an issue and get practical advice on helping your clients communicate better with their authorized medical providers about things such as restrictions, limitations, and causation.  And finally, you can pick up an Ethics hour learning about the pitfalls of changing firms or changing sides.
